Enquiries
When you submit the form, we store your name, email, phone number, business, optional website, service area and message, together with your consent, submission time, originating page and enquiry reference. We use these details to handle your request. The form does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
Your enquiry is saved in this website’s protected inbox and sent to the shared Flor enquiry service at flor.tel for handling. A queued delivery record supports retries; its message payload is removed after confirmed delivery to that service. A confirmation means your enquiry was saved, not that a project or appointment was accepted.
Flor conversations
Flor may answer from the website’s guide. When you send a message and the shared AI service is used, your message, a random session identifier and page context are sent to flor.tel and its AI service provider to generate a response. The session identifier may be stored in your browser for the session. Chat alone does not submit an enquiry or book an appointment.
Do not send passwords, payment details or sensitive documents. Automated answers can be inaccurate; confirm scope, prices and commitments with the team.
Site operation
Hosting and database services operate this website. Short-lived, IP-derived request counts help protect its enquiry and chat features from abuse. Hosting providers may process normal connection and security information. Fonts are served locally. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand visits, page views and website interactions. Google Analytics may use cookies and process device, browser and connection information. We use these reports to improve the website. Our page-view configuration removes URL query strings and fragments, and disables Google signals and advertising personalization signals. We record a generate_lead event only after the enquiry form confirms a saved request. It identifies the form and page, not your enquiry reference or form contents. A saved request is not necessarily a qualified sales lead. We do not send enquiry contents or Flor chat messages as analytics event parameters. You can block analytics cookies in your browser or use Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on. See Google’s Privacy Policy for information about Google’s processing.
