Design around the visitor’s decision
Every important page should explain who a service is for, what it includes and how to start. We prioritize readable layouts, mobile usability and clear enquiry paths.
Keep search visibility in the brief
A redesign needs a content inventory, URL plan, metadata and internal linking strategy. Preserve useful existing addresses and review changes before the new site replaces the old one.
Make forms part of the product
Forms need helpful validation, a real destination for submissions and an honest confirmation. We treat these details as part of the customer experience rather than a decorative button.
Agree the page plan before designing
List the decisions visitors need to make: which service fits, whether you serve their area, what evidence supports the offer and how to contact you. Use that list to plan navigation and page content before adding visual features.
Existing websites need an inventory of useful URLs and content. Search landing pages, established links and customer bookmarks should inform a redesign rather than being discarded when a new theme is chosen.
What a website handoff should include
Agree the content, responsive layouts, forms, basic metadata, redirects and launch checks included in the project. Identify who supplies photography, approves copy and owns the accounts. Confirm how enquiries reach the team and what ongoing maintenance requires.
A contact form is complete only when valid submissions reach a working destination and errors are explained clearly. Review readable type, keyboard focus, image sizes and mobile contact actions as part of the delivery.
